Attorney Harper offers individual, confidential, private consultations to discuss the options available to you regarding family issues, such as divorce, custody, and property division. You may want to learn more about premarital agreements; what to do if your marriage experience is disappointing and what you may want to do about it, including the usefulness of counseling, marital mediation or preparing for a divorce.

Since every family is different, the particular issues and problems that bring you to my office are assessed and weighed and provide the basis for a recommended course of action for you.

Family cases are very fact-specific, so that such a consultation will last between one and two hours. This time will allow you to explain all of the facts and factors that should be addressed to provide you with the widest range of options to choose from.
